Removed white spacer this weekend. Stripped out one of the 4 screws that hold the top on. No big deal. removed spacer and opened screw up about 1.5 turns. I cant say I have a performance gain but the bike seems to run as you would expect. no more backfiring and when you put the choke on the bike slows down like it is running rich. Befor it would speed up like it is very lean. Thanks to all for help.
